"Outstanding service and professional installation!!"

"Highly recommend J.P. Works. LLC! So professional yet very friendly. They did a great job installing our new central air conditioning system. They cleaned up after themselves and told us how best care for the system. Their prices are very good for quality equipment. Great job to Jim and his crew... and the owner Dave so personalable he followed up to make sure we were satisfied. We are very happy with our new central air system. Keep up the GREAT work J.P. Works LLC. Love the Aviles family..."

"Very nice and gave me a price and told me to save money go back to the installation to see if there is a warranty on the unit"

"The man who came to do the estimate was knowledgable and a really nice guy. When he worked up the estimate it was high so he asked us for a number we would be comfortable with, between himself and his manager they came back with a good number. Not cheap by any means but the equipment and installation comes with a 6 year guarantee, which is hard to find today. Installation was scheduled for 3 days later, also hard to find these days. The installers were there on time with everything they needed to do the job. Every man knew what he needed to do yet there was one man leading the team. They covered all the floors in the areas they were working and wore booties to keep everything clean. Everything was installed straight and level. In the end there was some spackling needed to be done because of a stud in the way where they tried to put a hole. Customer service followed up with an email questionnaire which I filled out with some of my concerns about the installation. They got back to me by phone and apologized for any inconvenience. They are sending me $100 for my time, materials and hassel of having to fix their little bo bo. A great company and I have recommended them to family."

"Very responsive. Came the same day for a service. Our unit was 15-yo and the tech showed me the problems with it and estimated the cost. Wasn’t worth fixing. A rep came out 30-min later and I purchased a new unit. Came the next day to install. Nice and cool now. Quality work."

"I had a great experience with this HVAC company from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The technicians were knowledgeable, respectful of my home, and made sure the job was done right. Their pricing was fair, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. "Haller removed an old ac system and replaced it with a heat pump. The work included installing an additional return in the family room (split level home) to return air from the lowest point in the house. The crew was knowledgable, their work was neat, and they cleaned up at the end of the day. The work was completed in 2 days and the new Carrier system works great so far. Looking forward to see how it performs next fall and winter."
