"A++++++++++. We had just purchased a new dryer and wanted to have the vent system cleaned before it was installed. They were able to do it the day after we called. They were prompt, efficient and professional. A week after the dryer was installed, we had an error code that implied a blockage. Just to make sure it wasn't a vent issue, I called Lowe's to discuss the issue. They offered to come out free of charge to check the system for me and were even able to come that evening. The team was incredibly professional and checked the whole system. They even snaked a camera through the whole system so that I could see it was clear. It ended up being an issue with the dryer itself but I was very reassured by the fact that they were able to show me that the vent system was clear. It is so rare to have service like this these days and I will be using Lowe's for as long as I live in the area and will recommend to all my friends.

"Installation crew showed up on time and went right to work. Installation was performed according to the estimate with some extra insulation done beyond what was quoted based on the supervisors recommendation but without additional cost. My only issue was that they started to pull out the old insulation right away and after a few minutes, they then decided to cover things more effectively to cut down on dust going everywhere. Towards the end of the work, the salesman showed up and inspected the work to make sure it was done correctly. I am very pleased and would recommend them again.

The Costco purchase involved a little more paper work and payment upfront but saved 10% and was explained upfront and was a smooth transaction. Sales and Techs were all very professional. Sales was clear and provide multiple options and was not pushing the highest price one. Install went smoothly and was started and completed on time. They came back a couple months later to start the AC since the it was too cold during the install and were able to do so quickly after I called to schedule."
