"My central air conditioner failed (after 27 years) and I found Advanced Air Solutions through Angie's list, primarily based on positive reviews and fact that it is a family owned business.  Mark (the owner) returned my call that day and came out the next day to confirm that the AC unit was beyond repair.  It was a very busy time of the month due to the heat, but he was able to schedule the installation of the new 5 ton AC unit the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. He  originally scheduled it the Tues after Memorial Day, but came out Saturday before (at my request) because we were having several out of town guests that weekend (and was going to be warm).  He and his son came on time , replaced the central air and replaced the condensation pump.  They moved quickly and were friendly and  courteous and wore the booties so not to track dirt around the house.  They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything done to my satisfaction before they left. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

"I called Jim because my C drive was full and the system would not allow moving the files to my empty D drive.My wife also wanted me to upgrade to windows 7 from Vista. Jim came over looked at my system and explained my options , took the computer to fix it , and then quickly returned it.Jim set up the computer in my office and made sure that everything worked correctly. I am very happy and satisfied with the work performed."

"From start to finish the job went well and efficiently.The installation process was very efficient with a high degree of coutesy and cleanliness by Quality's team of installers.Since installation, Quality's sales consultant, Sokol Durici, has made several trips to our home to inspect  the installationand has recalled members of his team of workers to make minor improvements either he or we deemed useful.It should be mentioned Quality works closely with our gas supplier and its inspection representitives, " GoodCents Co.",which also made inspections of Quality's workmanship following installation. We were doubley satisfied that Quality's workmanship passed  completely Dominion's quality check-up also additionally.During the current heatwave ( Summer 2012) we experience a brief cooling system glitch that shut down our cooling system brieftly on a Sunday. Within the hour Quality's repairman was on the scene to rectify the problem. We have been entirely satisfiedwith our association with Quality Heating& Cooling and look forward to many years of continued good service."

"A++++++++++. We had just purchased a new dryer and wanted to have the vent system cleaned before it was installed. They were able to do it the day after we called. They were prompt, efficient and professional. A week after the dryer was installed, we had an error code that implied a blockage. Just to make sure it wasn't a vent issue, I called Lowe's to discuss the issue. They offered to come out free of charge to check the system for me and were even able to come that evening. The team was incredibly professional and checked the whole system. They even snaked a camera through the whole system so that I could see it was clear. It ended up being an issue with the dryer itself but I was very reassured by the fact that they were able to show me that the vent system was clear. It is so rare to have service like this these days and I will be using Lowe's for as long as I live in the area and will recommend to all my friends.

"Installation crew showed up on time and went right to work. Installation was performed according to the estimate with some extra insulation done beyond what was quoted based on the supervisors recommendation but without additional cost. My only issue was that they started to pull out the old insulation right away and after a few minutes, they then decided to cover things more effectively to cut down on dust going everywhere. Towards the end of the work, the salesman showed up and inspected the work to make sure it was done correctly. I am very pleased and would recommend them again.

"Purchased through Costco which uses Weatherking as their local contractor. The Costco purchase involved a little more paper work and payment upfront but saved 10% and was explained upfront and was a smooth transaction. Sales and Techs were all very professional. Sales was clear and provide multiple options and was not pushing the highest price one. Install went smoothly and was started and completed on time. They came back a couple months later to start the AC since the it was too cold during the install and were able to do so quickly after I called to schedule."
