He always answered the phone and took the time to understand my project and went out of his way to answer my questions. However, the district I live in made the project too expensive with their permit process and requirements and I had to cancel the project. Nick called me back immediately when he got the email to thank me for the opportunity. Nick spent a lot of time working out the details for a driveway expansion and explained every part of the process.
