"We hired Connor Construction to build a porch roof and railings over our existing cement steps. We were in a time crunch to get this done before our house painters were scheduled to start, and Mike was very accommodating. Even though he had to work evenings and weekends to accomplish this, he did an excellent job at a reasonable price, and finished the job with a week to spare! He cleaned up everything when the job was done, and left our house and yard in great shape. We are very pleased with Connor Construction and highly recommend them!"

"The entire process from getting a price, to getting more detailed information on the windows to the final installation was incredibly easy and professional. I submitted a request for quote to 4 companies along with pictures and dimensions. Zen windows was the only company that responded. Andrew was extremely helpful in the decision process and educating me on the Soft Lite windows. JR came out measured the windows and thank goodness he and his team did the installation. Bob and his team worked very efficiently and professionally. And were always friendly and gave me great  instructions and information during and after the semi remodel.   The start of the project began with the electrician who installed the new vent/light for the shower and also corrected the electricity for an outlet(that was extra), Bob and his team then came in to do the tear out of the water damaged walls surrounding the tub down to the studs. The plumber was then scheduled to install the new anti scald plumbing after which the crew was back to refinish the tub from pink to white and then install new insulation, waterproof drywall and the new tub surround. I did purchase a new vanity and lighting for the bathroom which Bob picked up the vanity for me from Lowe's.  The last detail was his tile crew did a great job refitting the bathroom tile to meet the new tub surround.  My home was never left a mess, everyday they cleaned up after themselves and were usually always on time. This all took approximately 5 days. I am very happy with the results.

"They did an excellent job and did it quickly. The contractors came at 8:00 A.M. and put in three new doors (one inside and two outside). All of the work was 1:30 which included two new locks on the inside door. They were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. I will have them do all of my exterior work and call them again and again."

"Mike and Jim were wonderful. Mike handled the interior project and Jim handled the exterior project. Very easy to work with. We had issues with the contract initially and getting the project moving because there was a change in Project management. But Jim the Owner was very generous to make things right once he took over the project. Schedule was done consistently to completion and we had a few cracked tiles after completion and they quickly came back to correct them. No issues now 1 year later. We love all they did. Quality is very good. I would recommend them to anyone now that Jim took over the project management. We purchased the door and tile ourselves so this is not in the cost of service."

"The first group went pretty well, only a minor issue or so which we then were prepared to avoid in the second installation. But, the second group was not the same experience and if we would have known this, we would have gone with another company who sold the same window. There were issues from being hounded to upgrade this group to having to contact the company as communication was poor once the order was placed to final payment questions and now a total blowing off the problem. There are product problems from a screen which was cut during installation which was promised to get a replacement in a few weeks to two window sections that have a coating issue which nothing has been done at all about resolving this. It is now 5 weeks and the last communication was a couple weeks ago that the screen was not in yet which we had to continuing try to get a response from the owner Rod McCullough just for this information. Rod needs to stand behind the products he sells and realize customers do not want to hear about his internal problems."
