I needed to touch up the ceiling that they had removed popcorn and painted a few years ago for me, but I could not for the life of me find a paint that matched. "I was very excited to get brand new windows because the old ones were in such a bad state; however, since this was a big job that cost a lot of money, I was nervous at the same time. I can honestly tell you that all of the people I experienced during this process were extremely professional and I would highly recommend them. I purchased the Pella Architectural Series windows. I know that I could have gone with a vinyl or fiberglass window, but I had my heart set on Pella wood windows. These windows are beautifully crafted and have made such a difference to the look of my home, as well as the temperature. My house is so warm now and the look is truly elegant. Everyone that I encountered in this process was warm, organized, and thoughtful. Rob (the salesman) was punctual and sat with me for a few hours designing the plan. I never felt rushed or pressured. He was very patient with the revisions I kept making and even worked with me to save me money. Mike the project manager was great to work with as was Lanie the scheduler. They were always kind and respectful any time I had a question or concern. Finally, I can't say enough about the installers. Ben, Steve, and Bobby were a pleasure to work with. Their skill level is truly amazing. They worked together so well, and got the entire job done in 2 days. They kept the mess to a minimum and thoroughly cleaned up when the job was completed. It was freezing cold out the entire time and the snow was relentless; however, the weather conditions did not stop them. They worked fast and smart and I can't sing their praises enough. "Marcus has a horticulture degree and really understands the science behind landscapes and ground structures.  He prefers to use natural stone on all of his projects, however since I had purchased the manufactured concrete pavers he agreed to use them.  He is good at explaining how his projects are planned, the rational behind the materials he uses, and what options are available.  He and his crew of two were respectful of my property, cleaned up well, and I am happy with their work.  They completed laying out the base material for the 7'X21' patio on a Friday afternoon and completed laying the pavers by early Saturday afternoon."

"Both installs went very smoothly and I was impressed by how proficient and clean they were.  They laid dropcloth down on all surfaces that they needed to access, disposed of the old windows, and vacuumed up after they were done.  They even cleaned the new windows.  They were courteous when speaking to me and with each other and were careful not to let my dog out whenever they needed to leave the house.  They had the 6 windows installed in about 4 hours and the other 2 windows were installed in just over an hour.  I look forward to having them return for my next home improvement project."

Kate spent a ton of time with us, explaining the process, picking colors, etc. We waited a very long time to be fit in to their schedule and here's the most impressive part. When our turn came, I was unexpectedly laid off work. I desperately wanted the work to still be done, so I called Kate. She came over and we renegotiated.
