"It went VERY well. They were a few minutes late on the first day of the work but when the installer arrived, he worked steadily for 9 hours. He installed the new thermostat in the old location so I would have heat for the night (had been without it for 5 days) and came back the following day for relocation and final cleanup.  The installer, Matt, was professional and very responsive to my needs and answered any question I had.  The estimator, Craig Roggers, was also very professional and gave me several rebates that saved me over 700 dollars as well as advice as to acquire further rebates on my tax returns. He also explained the differences between the types of furnaces they deal in and answered all my questions as to maintenance, costs, warranties, etc.  Although an unexpected and unwanted surprise of the furnace failing on New Year's Day, Oregon Heating made it less painful by their quick response in ordering and replacing the old with the new.

Mark is a straight shooter and gave me several options along with explanations as to what was gained or lost at the different price points. He was also very kind regarding other estimates and helping me to verify I was comparing apples to apples. The job was scheduled sooner than I anticipated, which was nice. His crew was on time and began removal before Mark arrived on sight to work with them and supervise.
