"Schyler arrived at the appointed time explained the the process and how the equipment worked. After he finished he walked me through the completed work. He had cleaned up all the leftover residue explaining if there was any further movement in the work there was a five year warranty and he would return to correct it at no additional cost."

Small jobs welcome

"Patrick is detail oriented, professional and kind. He is knowledgeable in his craft and has great mentor group to back him up. His work is clean and he keeps the jobsite very organized. I knew I was working with a professional the moment he showed up. I would highly recommend him. He did an epoxy garage floor coating for me and I couldn't be happier with the results. "

"Absolutely great. The owner, Jake, was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive. I contacted him about fixing a portion of our retaining wall that had failed due to some settling that happened over the course of a few years from the initial installation. Jake got his crew over to our house within a couple of weeks and they fixed the wall very quickly. I would highly recommend The Wall to anyone who is looking for retaining wall work. They do a great job, are easy to communicate with, and stand by their work product. I would give them 10 stars if I could!"

"Tavake and TNT Concrete were exceptional from start to finish. They were quick to provide a free bid and started work within a couple days. It took them one day to demolish, prep and pour three separate city sidewalk pads and the product was as promised and fantastic. Tavake is kind, straightforward and delivers on their bid. I can’t say enough nice things about this company and will be trusting them for all future concrete needs. I have worked with other companies before and can say they are exceptionally more responsive and better than some other options out there. My neighbors were sending pictures and commenting on the quality of work before I even saw the end product! Give this company a call for your next project and I guarantee you will be very happy you did."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Aloha, OR

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
