"I had some concrete work done a couple years ago, replacing the entire length of sidewalk in front of my house including the cover over the water main, the driveway, and some front walkway. The concrete still looks good and these guys did it right."

Small jobs welcome

"Patrick is detail oriented, professional and kind. He is knowledgeable in his craft and has great mentor group to back him up. His work is clean and he keeps the jobsite very organized. I knew I was working with a professional the moment he showed up. I would highly recommend him. He did an epoxy garage floor coating for me and I couldn't be happier with the results. "

"This is the 2nd time I've used TNT Concrete and Construction. They *(Tavake) has done all of the concrete work at my house *(driveway, patio, stairs up to the front and back door, walkways). This project started Wednesday evening with a text message to Tavake, 30 minutes later I had a bid. By Thursday morning he was on-site excavating my existing gravel driveway. Concrete forms were in place by the end of the day and by Friday morning concrete was being poured. By mid day Friday (the 2nd day) the job was done, the site was taped off to keep people off the fresh concrete. Even with a little rain Tavake came back to tarp the site. Driveway was 60 feet long and the fresh concrete looks perfect."

"Requested an estimate on line and was promptly called to set up an appointment. Augustin was on time and provided a very reasonable bid. Augustin was very personable and very thorough in his review of our needs. Other local landscapers either were too busy to give us a quote (Set up an appointment then didn't show) or provided a quote so high it was obvious they didn't want the job. Augustin and his team were very polite, performed the job and cleaned up afterwards. Now we are ready to replant where they removed some very large bushes/plants. We are going to need to redo our lawn soon with sod and Augustin and Four ASeasons will be our FIRST call...and quite probably our last. You will never go wrong working with Augustin and Four Seasons Landscape. Bid Thumbs Up!!?"

"The entire project was handled with exceptional professionalism. the team was punctual, hard working, and pleasant to work with. Each facet of the job was explained and suggestions appreciated. The patio is higher than ground level; the end result exceeded my expectations. I have a beautiful stamp concrete patio with the perfect color shading and 2 steps that follow the flow of the patio shape. I was fortunate to have some extra pre-work done at a reasonable charge. I would highly recommend SPM to anyone needing any concrete work done."

"To start with, Todd returned my call in an hour, which is amazing. He gave us an estimate for raising slabs to level the sidewalk that was reasonable, and far cheaper than we paid five years ago to get new concrete sidewalk poured. When I mentioned that we had also been told to remove stretches of moss on the sidewalk, he offered to power wash it for less than it would cost to have guys come and scrape it off. After the power wash, we needed a re-inspection before he could get the permit, and he kept in touch to follow up with us on that. As soon as that was settled, he got the permit and finished the work in one day. It looked perfect. Another amazing thing -- I don't pay for the job until after we pass the final inspection. Todd is exactly what you wish every contractor was like (but they aren't)."

"When Todd first started breaking up the packed gravel driveway, he hit and pierced the main gas line. It was only 6 inches below the surface (should have been a couple feet). I wasn't home but Todd responded quickly, shut off the breaker box (to eliminate the possibility of explosion) and contacted the fire department. Once that drama was over, the rest of the drain and concrete work went smoothly. <br /> <br />"

"<strong>Subject: </strong>Angie's list <br /> <br /> Because we were concerned about the safety of our garage floor, we did some research and found out that the expert to call is an engineering consultant. I then went to Angie's List and read all the reviews. Seismic Technologies stood out with the most and the best reviews.  I called and   made an appointment in less than a week .  The engineer's name was Jay Kushner.  Jay  was wonderful!  He took his fancy tools and his many years of experience and did a thorough inspection.  He listened patiently about our concerns of possible compromise of our garage floor. He  examined a crack in the floor and  explained that it  was due to a tree outside. He used a laser and measured the floor and said it was rising rather than falling.  He checked the foundation surrounding the garage and found no structural damage to the foundation. He advised us to do nothing and assured us that the floor would continue to be structurally sound.  He even sat around the kitchen table after and once again answered all of our questions and concerns.  We found him to be a very pleasant,  honest and trustworthy person. <br /> <br />  <br /> <br />Obviously, Seismic Technologies was more focused on the scientific evaluation than on trying to drum up foundation work. Jays' experience and credentials were excellent as was the quality of his work. We recommend Seismic Technologies.   The money we paid was well worth it. I would advise anyone who is looking for peace of mind to contact him.  <br /> <br /> <br />"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Aloha, OR

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
