Scheduling was quick and the work went smoothly. Landon supervised the trenchless work in the yard and Lane replaced the interior shut off and pressure regulating valve, which required jackhammering a hole in my concrete slab foundation. Everything was patched good as new and no construction mess was left behind. I especially like having an easy shut off at the meter. "During inspection of work to be done, he noticed 7 under sink and toilet water valves had plastic parts and needed to be replaced to bring up to code or he could not continue. I assumed this was going to increase the work load by a day or two, (a huge mistake on my part). I asked for a breakdown of the costs and he said he would provide it later. He left to go get the parts and ss sink. He was back within the hour and started work. He took a 1/2 hour break to get lunch around noon. I asked how many hours this would take and when would he come tomorrow. He stated he would be done later today. He was done by 2 PM and I was flabbergasted and felt betrayed. Figure it out, 5 hours work, approximately $400 dollars in parts and $2,000 in labor, and I still don't have my cost breakdown. But, they have already charged my credit card. Very disappointed in them and in my own actions to have them continue work without getting reassurances and cost breakdowns."

"On time arrival, that's huge. They did a look-see in the morning and the underground storm drain pipe repair job I needed done was simple enough that they were able to fit me into their schedule that same day. They did an amazing job on the pipe repair and even filled in the hole when they were done. I had already done the digging and had tried to do the repair myself. Big mistake. Call AXIOM and get it done right the first time! I was so impressed that I gave their business card to our HOA president to give to any of our neighbors that are having similar issues with their storm drain pipes. The houses in our neighborhood have areas of obvious quick, cheap, shoddy and out-of-code (I looked it up!) workmanship and materials and the City of Tigard is ridiculously inept if not downright corrupt regarding construction inspections, observed during a recent inspection after the replacement of my forced air gas furnace (original was cheap and NOT installed to code), but that's another story. Some are starting to have similar issues with their storm drain pipes and it's only a matter of time for others."

"The best part about this company for what I needed was that they warranty the foundation, which no other company did. They all were very nice as well. They were more expensive and where hard to get a hold of at times. I also asked the them To put in a check valve for irrigation. We decided on one location and then when it came time to install, I was asked by the lead plumber if it was ok to put it next to the water main. I said, if it s ok to, then I m fine with it. The city came to inspect and failed it because a check valve needs to be on property and not on a park way. They had to come back out, re-dig a hole, wait for the city to come back to re-inspect it then they had to come back and fill everything in. This dragged a the whole process out to over two weeks rather then 3-5 days."
