"I had trouble with the AC about a month after they did an annual service and replaced the capacitor. The system locked up and they came out and I watched as they pulled an obviously old, worn, and burnt, electrical part out next. They replaced that part for the cost of the part and waived the labor as it was so close to the last service. The system is old and they were finding parts that were reaching the end of their life and replacing rather than trying to sell me a whole new system but let me know they would be there if I decided I needed a new system. Fast service, pleasant and knowledgeable personnel."

"As I am writing this I realize that I am not completely satisfied with their service other than the tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Initially, I scheduled the appointment for an annual maintenance on our 3 units. On the day of the service their office called about 3 hours into the 4 hour window to inform me they needed to reschedule the appointment. The woman apologetically explained that I was the last appointment of the day, and the job ahead of me ran into a major repair that would run late into the evening. Though I had been inconvenienced by this, I understand these things happen and was still willing to give them a try. When the tech came out the following week, I walked around with him for a bit showing him where to access the units. I explained the air filters had recently been changed except for the one in the attic which he did for me using the filter I had purchased from Home Depot. When I asked him about the condensation hoses for the units in the basement he recommended I put a little bleach in the pump to keep it clean. Is not that something he should do as part of the maintenance I am paying for? I also asked him about cleaning the condenser coils on the outside units. He said he would check to see if they need it, which surprised me because that has always been standard with other companies as well. I had an appointment to go to while the tech was working. My husband was there for the rest of the service. We ended up replacing a capacitor in one of the older units, and the annual maintenance plan seemed like the most economical at $281 for 2 visits a year. But in hindsight I am wondering if it really was worth it."

As a long time homeowner I have used different plumbing services over the years and I was very skeptical about starting this process but I really needed to get this work done. I place a call, and after two rings it was answered by Shirley, who had a pleasing voice and was very professional providing me information about the business. Needless to say I was impressed and that was just the beginning of my project. Shirley told me that someone would be out the next day between 9 & 11am to take a look at my issue and give me an estimate. Sure enough, Brian arrived about 10 minutes after 9, assessed the problem and gave me an estimate which was much less than I expected because of my previous experiences and certainly I gave him the go ahead. Brian was efficient, professional, quick and cleaned up the work area. I was very impressed with this company and I HIGHLY recommend. I will use them in the future for all of my plumbing needs."

"It went well! Matt and TC at Plumb Life ATL are very professional and communicative. Matt called the day before to let us know when the plumber, TC would be arriving. On the day we were scheduled, TC called an hour before he was scheduled to let us know when he'd be arriving. TC was very punctual and determined to find the source of our water leak. He removed the water heater in less than no time. Then he explained to my wife and I that he needed to cut into the wall to find the leak. He then neatly cut into the wall and found rusty nails all throughout our piping. He removed the damaged pipe and neatly installed new piping in that area. We no longer have a water leak issue thanks to TC and Matt. Matt was also very communicative from the onset to the conclusion of the work. We highly recommend their services. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Ragsdale was able to work in an appointment for me with two day notice. My drain from the attic was completely clogged. After several attempts to clear the pipe the technician installed a new condensate pump and tapped to the water line to drain fixing the problem and future proofing my system in the attic. This took a couple hours total and the work was completed at 8pm .. great service and the price was right .."
