"Winston was great! Called me first thing in the morning (I requested calls at night before bed) gave me a fair price over the phone to finish swapping out a stuck kitchen faucet. Called me earlier in the day to tell me he was running a bit behind and to let me know he might be a bit later than scheduled (which was okay with me) he arrived only a few minutes after our originally planned time. They got they job done quickly and it works/looks great.
