"I’m satisfied with L & H. The work done was good and the price was fair, and Tim was very flexible with timing. The thing I appreciated most was that he was wiling to replace only the actual front door slab without a pre-built frame (unlike other contractors I talked to), which would have changed the entire configuration and look of the front porch entry. It was a custom door and he still had to cut it to fit with the sloped floor (this is normal for porches) but he made it work and I’m happy with it."

We had two full bathrooms completely re-done as well as new kitchen counter tops and laminate flooring installed. Emily LaRose, the designer, is the consummate professional designer. She has a firm grasp of design concepts and gave us functional and beautiful designs. She is a skillful communicator, equally strong at explaining choices and listening to and addressing our concerns or preferences. Emily kept the projects on track and made herself available for our questions. Our initial choice for laminate flooring for the kitchen was discontinued by the manufacturer. Emily immediately contacted us, and we met. She presented other recommended choices that would work with our counter top choice and existing cabinetry. We ended up with beautiful flooring and an on-schedule installation. Emily visited our home throughout the projects and always answered our phone calls and emails promptly. She was extremely helpful and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Further, all the other Kitchen and Bath World staff we met were very helpful, and we felt completely comfortable having them in our home. Greg, the lead installer, has an outstanding work ethic and outstanding construction / remodeling skills. Everything they promised, they delivered. They were always on time and I felt very confident that they were ultra-reliable. If it was too cold or raining, they showed up to scrape to keep the job going. I had had several offers for this job, but I cannot express how glad I am I chose this team. "The addition to the front living room is used everyday and all parts are holding up and are still looking very nice. Service was good and happy with the addition.?Room that was added to the house was blending in to match the hardwood flooring that already in the house and everything looks great. The addition was just one of the items that was done. I have had several other rooms redone in the house that I am currently living in. Harold has also build counter tops and cabinets customized to my family needs. I have had the re-roof redone with Harold and the siding put on the house. I know Harold has been able to do anything that is needed that I have asked of him to complete."

"I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. Incredibly nice and very professional."

"Boone's came out and did a great job. They were communicative about scheduling and timing, materials needed, etc.
The deal purchased did not include railings, which was made clear upon purchase and as soon as they arrived to power wash the deck. My deck was also over the size limit. This cost me $400 on top of the $199 for the deal I purchased.
They powerwashed the deck very very well, and then stained it equally as well. It looks great.
