"Quick, honest, affordable. I will use Brian again every time I need security items installed!"

"I am extremely happy with Plug & Play. They were professional, honest and fair. I would recommend their service to all my family and friends. I have had other quotes that were completely outrageous, maybe because of my neighborhood or home. But Plug & Play is my go to for all my cctv and tv services."

"Excellent service! Alberto is a very trustworthy person to have in your home !He is extremely professional and an expert in his field!!!"

"I had a great experience with Jose, he was on time, helpful and was able to answer all my questions with my surround system. I felt he was honest; I would hire him again without a doubt."

"Allen was very competent, courteous and efficient. He provided all the material needed to install my surround system and completed the work in short order. Great service."

"The work Luis and Jose did was exceptional. They arrived ahead of schedule. They were both professional and personable. They made sure everything was done correctly and did not rush. It was a difficult job installing a home theater system in a room were you couldn't route wires in the ceiling or under the floor the whole way, so they got creative. They removed the baseboard, carved space into the walls for the wires and then replaced the baseboards. That is something I never would have thought to do. I was very impressed and will definitely recommend New Wave Home Audio to others, and the next time I will ask for Luis and Jose again."

"Mike did a great job installing 2 wall mounts and modifying another previously installed wall mount. He even thoroughly cleaned up the areas after he was done. I strongly recommend Mike."

"Installation went very well. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. Problem was when I received my cc bill. I was billed the $129 Angie's List fee which was to include TV wall mount (mount not include), connect all necessary video and basic audio, neatly dress wires, configure peripheral devices, and conceal in-wall wires. And I was billed $140.49 from HELLOTECH. I'm still trying to get the $140.49 charge reversed."

"I couldn't make a connection with them and they were very uncooperative.  I think what happened was they couldn't schedule me until way down the road and I had a problem that I had to have resolved.  It was one of those things where they got too many responses and they were all booked up.  I had to use somebody else and never got back with them.  They couldn't accommodate a reasonable time frame."

"Very professional and same day fast service also best pricing in town by far! Got an estimate by Avis prior and was estimated 10 times the price and was told that i will needa new ac system soon but was told otherwise by ACVolt which ended up saving thousands of dollars!"
