"The plumber was extremely politeand tried everything to not have to cut into the wall but had to anyway. Unfortunate for me they don't do drywall repair. Plumber kept me informed every step of the way. Was not expecting to have to spend that much but the unit is warranted for 100 yrs and 5 yrs for install. My suggestion to them is hire someone to do the drywall repair and include in project price."

He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. "Truesdell Installed Evaporator coil for my AC unit that was leaking Freon. The technician came on time (9.15 am) as promised and completed the job in 3 hrs! He demonstrated very high level of knowledge and knew what he was doing. The president/ owner of Truesdell Mr. Williams is a true gentleman who made a point to call me before and after installation. It has been 3 days ever since they installed the coil and I have received calls from the technician as well as the owner Mr. Williams to find out everything is working smoothly or not. The best thing about this organization is that you get to talk to the owner directly who will help you in your HVAC needs.
