"Excellent experience from start to finish.  Very friendly installer and liked dealing with sales person who set up the installation.  Would definitely recommend their company.

"I had a professional person come out and service my business air conditioner units today. I have used this company in the past and have had nothing but positive experiences with all of their technicians. Today I had Gabriel. It was his first visit - he was considerate, clean, and friendly. Finished faster than I expected too!"

"The plumber was extremely politeand tried everything to not have to cut into the wall but had to anyway. Unfortunate for me they don't do drywall repair. Plumber kept me informed every step of the way. Was not expecting to have to spend that much but the unit is warranted for 100 yrs and 5 yrs for install. My suggestion to them is hire someone to do the drywall repair and include in project price."

"First visit restored functionality of the heating unit but left some necessary work for a second visit. The techs were a no-show for the second visit. When I called to follow up, I was advised they were trapped on another job site and couldn't meet the appointment, so we had to reschedule. The tech showed up as scheduled on the next appointment, and completed all the work he could do but had to schedule a third appointment to finish the work because he didn't have the materials with him to do so. It is important to note that my unit worked fine after the first service call, so all this follow-on work comprised testing the unit to determine why it failed in the first place (i.e., locate a probable freon leak), seal some leaking ductwork, installing an ionizer and replacing the lead line/filter between the compressor and the coil. Summary: knowledgeable and capable staff, pleasant people to deal with, reasonable pricing. However, they do not perform comprehensive assessments and work plans, so the whole repair/replace process can drag out into several visits. If you get the chance to work with Omar Martinez, you will find him prompt, courteous, and competent. Good guy - committed to making things right!"

"The plumber repaired the supply line, and in the process redirected the line to the wall of the house and strapped it to the wall. This was his idea, and makes it less likely for me to run it over with the lawn mower in the future!"

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"Truesdell Total Equipment Care came out and gave me a more then fair price to install air condition unit , duck work, and furnace. Another company came out and was going to charge $2,000 more. Unfortunately my land lord decided to sell property instead of fix the property. Truesdall went above and beyond the call of duty. Very knowledgeable company. I would recommend this company highly."

"They tried to keep my old PVC pipes installed. They installed the return upside down. They didn't wire correctly.

I was told by another company I was sold a unit full of features I didn't need."
