"I was familiar with Steve Morgan Pressure Washing and Painting from a small job a few years ago and was pleased with the work. This time we had a much bigger project. We had all sidewalks, driveway, cement patio deck, pool cage, garage door, and front exterior of our home pressure washed. They also cleaned our (very hard to reach) gutters. "Initial experience was very good. Primary goal was clean and seal patio, but we also used them to clean screens, pressure wash, and some light paver repair. They worked around weather issues to complete the job in a timely fashion. The issue I have is with the quality of the seal job. In only about 6-9 months, we began to see weeds growing throughout the patio. My expectation would be at least 12-18 months, if not longer."

"Pressure washed with water only.  Had plenty of extensions to reach high places like second story windows and gutters.  Did a pretty good job of removing surface dirt, grime, etc., that would come off with pressurized water only.  However, tore through two screens by spraying too close.  Also could not get some areas clean and blamed the paint.  Don't know if that's true but will seek a company that uses a chemical cleaning solution in the future.
