"Everything went perfectly. Edgar showed up right on time. Actually, 15 minutes early. He came with bright lights to see under the sink. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and showed me exactly where the leak was. Then he told me he could fix it right then and there, which I wasn't even expecting. We agreed on the price. I asked him how long it would take, and he told me around 20 minutes, and he had the materials with him. He went down to his truck, came right back with the materials, went right to work, and less than half an hour later, he told me to come see it was finished. He turned the water on and..... no leak!! All fixed. Afterwards, he collected the old materials and took them away. We tested it once again and...no leak!!! Perfect. Why aren't all contractors like this? Additionally, Edgar was friendly, super competent, and efficient. I don't know why anyone would choose another vendor for plumbing. I'd give 10 stars, but only 5 were allowed."

"I asked for a ballpark range of cost that could be expected if a person wanted to install a tankless water heater. They said they have no information. I contacted Pronto and they asked me to send them two pictures and they had the job quoted exactly. This is a market space differentiator. Ben Franklin wanted to charge me 29.95 for a quote on Monday. The other company did it over the phone in 15 min for free on Saturday. We have videos and cameras on our phones. Use technology to improve processing where possible. I didn't use them so I cannot speak to anything else."

"This was a somewhat challenging job from the start in that two 40 circuits had to be pulled from our breaker box (which was already full) to a central location in our house on the second floor (through the truss work). The electrical work had to be choreographed with the plumbers who installed the tankless water heaters. Jeremy did an outstanding job. Due to the nature of the job it required several trips to our home, but the finished product looks very nice. I cannot express how comforting it is to work with a punctual, conscientious, and competent service technician."

David's quote was less than half the price even when I told him what my original installer was about to charge and very reasonable considering the amount of work involved.
