After the City finished their work, Ramon re-built the rock retaining wall, extending it to cover the new (WHITE) clean-out pipe installed right in front. He added some extra rock from the back of our yard, hard work on a hot day. He added a 2nd sprinkler head to the bigger flower bed & filled it with good soil & new plants. Looks great! Ramon noticed our front lawn sprinklers weren't working, so dug a long trench to find the line. City workers had cut the line & fixed it a twist of wire! Ramon got the correct supplies & fixed that, too. He does good work and works hard. We'll recommend him to friends."

The installers for the tile were prompt and efficient. The install only took three days. The carpet installation only took six hours. "Chuck, owner, did my estimates. He helped to find all the cracks and make recommendations on how to fix them. The crew arrived on time, lead by Joe who was very good. They were very thorough in finding all the cracks and repairing them. Joe even pointed out one area that they did not even on the original list that they found. The mortar was color matched to try to make it blend it to existing mortar. Most of the house is not visible from the street but the columns are so I want particular care there. They were very attentive. The overal look is very good now and I don't worry about the columns collapsing."

"We contacted Charles for an estimate to replace the roof on our outdoor kitchen/pergola.  His estimate was in line with other estimates we received and we were quite impressed with the knowledge that Charles exhibited.  When we told him that we wanted our polycarbonite roof replaced he knew exactly what we were talking about. <br> <br>A week or two after the roof had been replaced, Charles emailed me asking if everything was okay with the roof.  We had not had any rain to speak of at that point so I told him the next time it rained we would double check.  Very refreshing to have someone check on their work. <br> <br>Well, the huge rains occurred here in Spring, Texas and there were a couple of leaks.  I contacted Charles and very quickly he responded and sent his crew out to make repairs.  This was at a time when all the flooding took place and I'm sure they were very busy but he took the time to make repairs on a project that he had already been paid for.  I cannot say enough good things about him and his crew's professionalism.  When we get ready to remodel the outdoor kitchen, Charles will be the first call I place! <br> <br>"
