"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

We were really glad that he was so observant and detail oriented. The painter who painted the back door did an excellent job as well! He was very thorough and the door looks fantastic.
  There were a couple of minor issues that arose after this job was done, but when I called to discuss these, the representative had them taken care of the next day.

He then filled in the area with dirt, framed the area with wood and then poured and leveled the cement. I am very pleased with the results and have had several neighbors comment on how nice the driveway and sidewalk look.
