Initially I called other companies for quotes and most of them did not want to give me even an estimate. We had a highly-rated provider in this field spend two hours with the chandelier, only to tell us the wiring was bad and we'd have to run a new, external wire along the ceiling and wall. It took Craig twenty minutes to properly diagnose the problem--and fix it! We've had lots of people look at the bathroom fixture and no one could figure out how the cover came off. Craig figured it out. We're going to be taking the fixture to our new location and we're going to have Craig install it. He's very pleasant to work with.

"The one plumber who came in was very good and very easy to work with and did a very professional job. I have used them several times and I have always been satisfied. I would continue to use them in the future. After discovering that we didn't have hot water on a Saturday morning, I called Ben Franklin, who installed the water heater in April. After two attempts contacting their answering service, they finally contacted me 2 hours after the 2nd attempt when I had gotten another plumber. The owner called me on Monday and apologized for his answering service and offered to pay for the service call from the other plumber and install the gas valve required for free. I really think this is excellent customer service. When you acknowledge that you have a problem with your system and immediately make it right, that is all you can expect from a service provider. They have done excellent work for me in the past and only my initial frustration made me call someone else. I recommend them highly."
