"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."

"No doubt they hire great installation people, but their communication and honoring their quotes has little to be desired. I will elaborate. I was given a quote, left on my voicemail. I responded the next day letting NRG know I accepted their quote. 1 week later I received a phone call telling me they wouldn't honor the quote give, and they cited the reasons as Tarif's. This was back in April 2025. I still went with NRG, albeit at a$1000.00 increase. The second reason I wouldn't recommend this company, and this for me is the final straw, after installing my solar NRG didn't let me know I needed to have an ESR release, in layman's terms this is necessary for your power company to accept your new solar system. I found out this information when they contacted me in August 2025. NEG blamed the company who upgraded my Electrical Panel. NRG INSTALLED MY SOLAR AFTER THE PANEL WAS UPGRADED. Since this company doesn't communicate with its clients I would say go with another company."

"Giving one star because zero isn’t an option. Barrett came out and replaced 2 shingles and said and I quote I re-nailed down the loose ones. This was 5 days ago. Yesterday more flew off. Called and asked and was told in order for him to come back out to my house there was going to be an additional charge because those weren’t the two shingles that he replaced. Even though he said he re-nailed down the ones that were loose. Literally did not last five days see pictures."

"I am very happy with the excellent job Hartman Roofing did on my roof. Colton took care of everything and explained what all would be done. He worked closely with my insurance company. He brought shingles to my home for me to choose from and was always happy to answer my questions. There were several employees that came in teams to get the job done. A team of roofers, of course, a team checking the hot water heater and the vents and they installed a carbon monoxide alarm inside my home. I bought gutters and covers and am impressed with how nice they look. I have never seen any company start a job and finish it with such organization. They made sure my lawn did not have any trash or nails left in it. They went over my lawn several times to check for nails. Everyone was friendly and polite. They treated me with such respect. I highly recommend Colton and Hartman Roofing for going above and beyond taking care of my roof! I give Hartman and their employees an A+ for a job well done!"
