"Brad is amazing. We returned to our home after being gone for an extended time and found that the pipes had developed several leaks. Brad came immediately and was able to replace two shut-off valves and then returned the next morning to replace the third. He then checked the rest of the house to make sure everything was in order. "Beware of what you're paying for with Neerings. Paying $500 for a $30 thermocouple that takes less than 10 minutes to install just doesn't seem ethical to me. I know this because I had this same thermocouple replaced last year by Neerings and I put up stink last year when they charged me $500 for work that took about 5 minutes and a $10-$30 standard thermocouple. I work with Neurologist every day who are dealing with serious health issues and they may get paid between $175 hr to $300 hr. I have other examples but this is the most recent. The single star is for the service people and customer service agent, they do know what they're doing and are kind representatives. This said, who ever is responsible for Neering's pricing is without shame and gouging people without regard."

"he said my toilets were flushing just fine and he told me I have the old toilets with only 2 inches that go down and the new ones are three and I could buy them at Lowe’s. I was shocked when he didn’t charge me. I will definitely use upfront again. I think that it’s a First honest Plumer air conditioner guy I have ever had come to my house, they always try to rip you off. The last guy that came and looked at my air conditioner. He got me for $550 to clean it. I was amazed the upfront did not charge me anything"

We serve Weber, Davis, Salt Lake, Tooele, Summit and Utah Counites. 24/hr emergency services.
"YES HVAC scammed me out of $2,500. When I had my furnace & air conditioner replaced last year, YES failed to mention that Carrier (both my heater & AC were Carrier brands) was running a promotion that if you replaced both a furnace & an AC system with Carrier products, they would give you a cash rebate of $2,500. YES HVAC simply did not inform me of the company rebate program; instead, they just took the money from me without my knowledge. I eventually found out about the rebate later when I replaced the second full system in our house. Obviously I went with another more transparent/honest company the second go around. When I discussed the situation with YES management (even providing them with the written proof from Carrier Company of the rebate program), I still have heard nothing further from YES. My suggestion is to go with the competition rather than YES HVAC; it cost me a $2,500 rebate, what will they scam you out of?"
