On the day of the service it looked like rain so the rep called in advance to see if he could arrive early to get the A/C work done before the rain. I pointed out one issue and he tried to replicate it (unfortunately we couldn't) but he did try something to fix what he thought I was describing. Because it was a tune up on a 3-year old system, I wasn't expecting any problems, and none were found.
