"Bruce and Nate were exceptional!! They tiled our basement shower and it looks amazing!!! They made the design look outstanding - so visually pleasing. Bruce also guided us in what kind of grout would go well with the tile and pebble flooring we picked out - he's the expert! He also put in 3 frosted, glass-type shelves in the shower - we found out he makes those himself - so it's extra special because of its uniqueness! Bruce and Nate are so kind and easy-going, we would hire them again and again!!! We've gotten multiple compliments on how our shower turned out!"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

They provided timely estimates for the work and helped us trim costs in areas where we needed to and then helped price specific options for changes and tweaks to the scope as the work progressed. We were very pleased with the process and transparency. They do the majority of the work in house and bring on skilled craftsman for specialty trades - but they are always present and manage the work when any subs are working on our residence. This was a major plus for us the confirmed the trust we have with them and their commitment to perform the work as requested."
