We had interviewed 3 other companies and found they didn't know as much or were mush higher priced. John had extensive knowledge and answered all our questions. They installed the siding first and the windows were installed a couple of weeks later. The installation teams did a great job. They were respectful and cleaned everything up each night. I called John a couple of times with questions and he called me right back the same day. The installer found an issue with something under the old siding, and went to the hardware store, got what he needed, and repaired it. No additional charge to us. I had a question about the hole plugs in the windows so I called the main number and the call was answered right away and resolved. This has been a great experience start to finish.
