"I looked at a number of different options and they had the best pricing and they also specialize in just doing central air. So they were also sort of a plumber and gas fitter, anything like that, and so they really specialized in what I was looking for. So that is sort of their core business. They were good and they did a very nice, clean job. The house was built in 1901 and so they did a great job of removing the old radiators and radiant based heat systems and replacing it with a new central air set up."

"The Technicians arrived on time (within scheduled window). We received a call informing us they were on their way. The technicians were very professional, took care not to track dirt into the house, explained what was done during the visit and the preventative issues they resolved during the visit. The cost of service is for the annual contract which includes two visits - one in the Spring and one in the Fall. $280 for PM service, $155 for HVAC Filter & UV Lamp replacement and $40 for Humidifier replacement pad. The next visit will require a charge for the HVAC Filter again (if we do not buy on our own)."

Matt sent his team out on Monday and the A/Cs were up and running in about 40 minutes. There was no leak. They worked beautifully all summer. My neighbor's went out this year - her unit was about 5 years older than mine. I gave her NextGenAire's contact info and she just replaced her unit. She is very happy with the price and service."
