"Jose Sosa is great at tiling. He uses high quality materials and his understanding of plumbing & skill with tiling is outstanding. He worked on my guest bath 8 years ago and I have not had any issues since. I called him back for my master bath remodeling. Highly recommend him for any project involving tiles."

"It went very well.  This job took much longer than anticipated, a few unexpected problems were encountered along the way that slowed it down.  The ordering of materials took longer than anticipated and at times we were waiting for those items to arrive.  This was not the contractor's fault though.  The biggest slow-down was the shower glass installation, which KDK was not responsible for.  What was expected to take 2 weeks took 2 months for the shower installation, and Dave was constantly checking with us to see if the shower had been completed during the wait for the glass to arrive.

The biggest problem, as another person has mentioned, is that this is a very small work crew, a two man team and if one man is down for some reason things slow down significantly.  The workmanship was superb, and no attention to detail is spared, very nice craftsmanship.
Cost was kept to the contracted amount.  We added in an item at the last minute and received a very fair cost for this additional work.
Highly recommend!"

"Keith and his crew did an excellent job on this project.  Keith was great to work with from the initial consult, through the planning, permitting and building phases as well. The team did a great job building the deck and it looks great.  Once we received the permit, it was up and done in no time.  Once the wood is ready, they will do the final sanding and sealing so we can have our hot tub delivered.

"Fantastic, very easy to work with and will use them again."

"It was an absolute pleasure working with RND Construction. I have used other companies before to clear house lots but I have now found my go to company for future house building endeavors. I have also hired them to do all my dirt work, they’re professionalism is unmatched and I can not wait to work with them again! Nick and Russel will certainly take care of you!"

"Great job. Great response and turn around. No problems either"

"These guys did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, communicated with me as to what they were doing and finished when they said they would. The ceiling in my home has a rough transition to the wall, but they were able to make the paint line perfectly crisp and straight. My wife was very happy about that I would definitely recommend."

"Very professional, always kept us up-to-date on progress, stuck to budget and finished on time so we could move into our new house. We have since hired Mark to replace water heater, build a fence for our dogs, paint and many other projects. He always does an excellent job.
