"The company technicians, Steven, James and Zack were very professional and competent. They did excellent job in both removing the old unit and installing the new one. In addition to this job, we have used Appleton Campbell for several projects over the past couple of years, to include, installing a back up propane generator, installing replacement electrical lighting, and replacing a hot water heater. "If I could give 10 stars I would! Our 2 year old hot water heater went out in the middle of the night due to an electrical issue. Tommy came the next morning, identified the problem and explained everything to me. He returned later that afternoon with a brand new hot water heater and installed it. We had hot water less than 24 hours after our heater went out! Installation was professional and I can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way. He was also up front, fair and honest about pricing. Thank you so much!"

"Mr. Brian Langford made all the arrangements with the installation of our gas hot water heater from Lowe's via McCarthy plumbing. He was extremely helpful,patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."
