I had some other small handyman repairs that were taken care of as well without issue. All work was done within the time stated and done well. I would use them again. The only minor issue was the the wax seal for the toilet apparently moved after about a month, but they came back out and replaced it without issue."

"My previous heater was over 20 years old and rusted at the bottom. I was concerned that it would start leaking soon.  Jake ordered the appropriate size replacement and installed it within the week.  The installation and removal of the old heater took less than 1.5 hours.  He is very organized, detailed and conscientious.  He has done other work for me in the past and I have always been pleased with his work.  His prices are a little higher but I would rather pay the extra and know that I am getting someone who stands behind their work, is trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable as well.
