I thought it odd that the window came in that fast, but I figured maybe they realized they had one in stock. <br /> The next week when they come to install the window, the installers take one look at the window and say and quot;this is a special order windowand quot;. To which I say, and quot;yes, I know, they said they were ordering a window, do you have it?and quot; Somewhere the communication got mixed up and the window was never ordered. At that point, I was so frustrated I told them to leave and that I would find someone else to fix the window. <br /> Also, the person who answers the phone, Crystal, seems annoyed whenever you call. She uses text to communicate and I find that unprofessional. <br />"
