The only thing I would suggest is that they re-address their pricing. This job ended up costing around $1,200 to change a blower motor where the part itself probably was no more than a few hundred (final bill was delivered upon completion) - was estimating maximum $1,000 given their guidance throughout the job. At a certain point, it may make sense to give the customer a flat project fee as opposed to remain on hourly labor billing as the crew is trying to re-assess to avoid customer sticker shock and alienating future work.
