"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"1. I Googled KitchenAid Dishwasher Repair - Fishers. 2. That took me immediately to Home Advisors. 3. I completed the information and APPLIANCE MEDICS called me within 30 seconds! 4. The technician was here in approx 45 minutes. 5. This was one of best service experiences we ever had! Technician not only diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately, he gave us great advice on soap and info on dishwashers in general. Would definitely recommend this company and even try to get this technician, JOSH, again! This is a 100% happy customer, there was only positive, NO negatives, at all!! Eric E. in Fishers 9.25.18"

"Josh was great. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to make the needed repair and did some preventative maintenance. He had the needed parts with him. My dryer was fixed the same day. I will hire them again for appliance repairs."

"Called the company and was able to schedule a visit for dryer repair. The serviceman (Bill) called prior to his scheduled visit to find out model and serial# of the dryer, so that he could bring relevant parts and get the repair job done right away. He arrived shortly afterwards, identified the problem, replaced the damaged parts and cleaned the dryer. He fixed the problem and the dryer is now running smoothly. I was pleased with the prompt and professional service and would hire Superior Appliance again."

"Everyone we interacted with was incredibly nice and accommodating. Small place, but everything for sale was in great condition and reasonably priced. Quick delivery, installation and removal of old appliances. Great experience from beginning to end."

"This was an awesome experience. Kevin, the owner, came the same day I called. He was busy with a customer in Indianapolis but would come by at 6 PM. He is a Christian who you can trust to do an excellent job on any appliance he accepts. I had worked on my dryer checking all that I could and as soon as he came he went immediately to the heat sensor and within two minutes he knew exactly what was the problem. He did not have the part but said he would return when he had it. I paid him at that time which was well worth the charge. His fees are in line with the industry standard. Kevin has several years experience working with "Jerry's Appliance Repair" and he knows his business better than most other people working on these. He has seen it all and decided to leave working for Jerry's and start his own business. You can be assured that he will do the right job and that he takes pride in his work."
