It took 8 hours to do the job. They did a perfect installation, cleaned up after themselves, and showed us how to program the thermostat. The heat pump works differently from a regular furnace and air conditioner. It is worth it to do an Internet search to understand what you are getting before making the commitment. We have had the system for a few months. It works fine and provides a more constant temperature."

"I arranged for the heater to be checked on Wednesday the 4th.  Before the service call Andrew called and was able to save to time and effort from looking at cell phone photos of the problem.   The plumber who perfromed the installation arrived on schedule with the new water heater.  Installation was quick and the job was completed in about 2 hours time.  Hot water was restored and my wife was very happy.   Service was very quick and the price was quite reasonable.   I was very happy that the job could be done well and at such a good price.
