"Cody was prompt with his quote and kept in contact with me constantly. Our project was able to start weeks ahead of schedule and was completed on time and on budget. Multiple crews worked on our home across a week and a half. Each individual was professional and was more than willing to spend time explaining each step of the process. They cleaned up each day leaving the house in almost better shape than when they started. They also worked with us around accommodating our animals. Cody was able to adjust and respond quickly to change requests we had during the project and we could not be happier with the result. Post install Cody has been great taking our calls for questions on the new system and helping us learn usage of the systems. He even walked me through an easy change to the tankless hot water heater spending a good hour on the phone with me. "Neil Marky is the owner of this company and starting with the estimate to the completion of the project he and his staff, Tyler, did an excellent job. Neil went above and beyond the service provided by installing larger piping, since my husband does some woodworking in the garage, because he wanted to make sure everything was safer. It takes a lot of piping to do this job and he made it look very neat and even hung brackets up so that we can use them for storing other things, if we want. He put insulation coverings over the pipes on the water heater to further increase efficiency. Neil even got all the permits for the job to be completed. He arranged for an electrician to come over and talked with the inspector after the installation. He and Tyler placed a lot of the piping in the attic to be vented outside of the house. The price he quoted me was accurate with a few changes since I wanted some additional piping and a new thermostat installed.

"I couldn't be happier with Dave's work. He arrived within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, and was fast and thorough. It took less than 2 hours to remove the old water heater and install the new one. The water heater connection kit that I bought from Home Depot was faulty, and leaked, so it was replaced with some standard 3/4 inch connection hoses. Maybe they buy their connection kits from the same place they get their 2x4's. I will call Dave next time I need a plumber, and will recommend him to all my friends.
