"A+++++ Service. 5 Stars for sure. You should definitely check them out. I am so glad I've taken my time to find good, honest, trustable and fair plumbing company, and I finally found this R-Plumber company. A few months ago, my place had a water leak in the shower on upstairs bathroom and it caused ceiling damage, etc. so I needed to a ceiling drywall repair, bathroom tile repair, CPVC pipes reconnect, water pressure reducer install, etc. I took my time to compare various popular local plumbing companies in the DMV area and this is, by far, the best I've found due to many reasons: 1. They are licensed, bond, and insured -- They sent me a copy of their license, bond, insurance, and worker compensation. This gave me a relief because I wanted to make sure I hire a professional. You'll need it in case if anything happens. 2. They really care about you and HONEST -- Rene, Luis, his apprentice, and other staff use the best brand and told ,e really honest and professional opinion. I have a limited budget and they told me I can just fix the issue for now. The other companies recommended me to remodel the whole bathroom, which would cost at least $4,000 or much more. 3. Their price is VERY REASONABLE and FAIR -- They do not overcharge at all in compare to other companies in this area. I compared 6 other plumbing companies. Other plumbing companies seem to take advantage of you especially if you don't really know much about plumbing. They either: - could only offer to fix the plumbing and I had to find my other contractor to repair the tiles and dry wall - offer me to fix this issue for $4,500 or more - R Plumber offer me about 40-50% less than other companies. - another well known company (they were featured in local Costco) gave me a price to fix my sink popup assembly for about $700 but I went to home depot and bought the parts myself for $17. 4. They really guarantee that they carry their work by the correct local regulations and to the high standard. -- you can see the photos for reference. - I ASKED them a lot of questions and researched the way they do they work online and everything seems to be done very correctly (e.g., using the right glue, chemical for connecting my CPVC pipes, copper pipes) - They went above and beyond in installing my water pressure reducing pipe by anchoring my water supply pipes so it doesn't get shaky. - They have 1 year labor warranty. Their shower MOAN is lifetime warranty on parts. In fact, I am so impressed that I literary have to write my appreciation on various social media in a hope to help others who are in the same situation as me. This company doesn't spend on marketing but just spend on high quality so I'm really trying to help get this company to top review to help others who are in the same boat. "I could not be happier with Day & Night's plumbing service. Within minutes of completing Angi's intake form, I received a phone call from Day & Night and we arranged a home visit for the same afternoon. Day & Night's Ngura Sailo arrived a few minutes early (awesome!), was friendly, respectful and COVID-safe (e.g., remained masked during entire visit). I had a toilet that wasn't flushing properly and a bathtub drain leak. Ngura walked me through his diagnosis of both problems. I agreed to a toilet replacement. Ngura left to pick up a new toilet and returned in under 60 minutes. He installed the new toilet quickly and cleaned up completely afterward, taking our old toilet with him for disposal. And he fixed our bathtub drain leak free of charge, improvising and creating a tool out of scrap copper pipe to do the job. Throughout the entire process, Ngura answered every question I had and explained every step. I would hire Day & Night again in a heartbeat, and I would request Ngura Sailo by name."

"Oscar came about 0830 this morning. He knew exactly what was wrong with the drywall and knew there was no leaks. Saved some money there. He knew exactly why the pipes were shaking and knew exactly how to fix it. Oscar took about 70 minutes to repair the issue and we tested all the showers and faucets and toilets. "Ahmed had been working with the home warranty people for the past few weeks to ensure we got the correct tank. Home warranties only cover like for like typically so the new tank is not a vast improvement, but will save 150Kw or so per year. We're all electric so options were limited. Ahmed worked with our warranty company to get us the best tank possible under coverage and arrived same day once it was finally available which was also late in the afternoon, but he came anyway despite having to work past sunset and looming thunderstorms. 
Upon arrival and getting the old tank out, it was confirmed a drip tray which we did not previously have but wanted for the new tank to prevent water seepage into our finished area would not work in the space unless the utility sink was moved over along with the washer and dryer (thankfully we had almost a foot to spare on the other side within the space). We decided to go ahead and replace the sink too despite it doubling our out-of pocket costs that the warranty didn't cover. Ahmed took the time to go with me to a nearby Home Depot and once the sink was selected, ensured we had all the necessary parts to install properly. Though the job took a lot longer than anticipated and cost more money, I am totally satisfied with the level of craftsmanship Ahmed provided. He really knows plumbing, and made sure we were left with a better situation than what we had before, despite additional investment on our part; worth every penny!
His language skills are a bit of a hurdle, but Ahmed is 100% professional, courteous, knowledgeable, patient, cleaned up afterward, and I would recommend him for any plumbing task. He even took a minute to look at a problematic shower head that I thought was a pressure issue from the tank but was just clogged in the shower head's hose which he took care of no problem.

The tech goes above and beyond. Two examples: one year, he replaced a missing shingle; another year, we caulked around an external roof vent. These guys are great."

"The plumber (Mr. Vinh) arrived on location, looked at the area and gave estimate. Replaced two exterior faucets, had all tools and supplies to complete the job. The faucets was ripped out of the side of the house by family pet, 250 lbs. English Mastiff. Faucets were replaced and re-enforced and secured to ensure the problem will not happen again."
