"From estimate to completion, everything was great! An estimate was given without me having to be there AND without having to put my dog in his kennel. (That was the 1st great thing) I received a phone call & email to make sure everything was explained. I had lots of questions & each of them was addressed quickly & without making me feel like I was bothering them. Once we decided on using AGAN, they set up an install date. The installation guys showed up on time & ready to work. I was quoted 2-3 days for completion & they finished in 2 days (even with my neighbor forgetting to leave their dogs in the house which halted demo day). The end result is a gorgeous fence! It's so pretty! Thanks, AGAN!!"

Robert Ochoa even threw in some not-so-minor roof repairs for $200 while he was here. Great service, great quality, great clean up, very close to the lowest estimate. The quality and timing were worth the extra $100 or so over the lowest price bidder who couldn't schedule us as quickly.

This company rocks - they came out very quickly to provide an estimate in April 2011 and again in December 2013 (at Christmas). Wind blew down the north side of our shared privacy fence (2011) and blew down our tree on to the south side fence at Christmas (2013). Scheduled us immediately both times, provided a sturdier three horizontal support fence, neighbor friendly, including an entry gate. Knocked each job out in one day.

"After calling several companies who were not interested in servicing a GTO opener I tried Sigma.  Alex was extremely sympathetic, helpful, thorough and professional from the moment he picked up the phone the first time to when he wrote me a detailed close-out email explaining the work that had been done and what we needed to do to keep the newly installed LA-400 gate opener operating well for years to come.  Although he too didn't like working on GTOs, he suggested we first try to fix the unit to save money.  While I was disappointed this wasn't possible, I knew it had nothing to do with Sigma and everything to do with the lack of GTO service support in our area.  Alex provided a discount on the call-out / troubleshooting work they did on the GTO unit and applied it to the already competitive cost of the new Liftmaster LA-400 which also includes a 3 year parts / labor warranty which gives me piece of mind while the house is being rented out during our overseas assignment.  I have never come across someone in the skilled trade business with Alex's honesty, desire to please, patience and thoroughness.  He spent considerable time writing me several long emails to keep me informed on the troubleshooting, tell me my options for repair and replacement, and keep me posted on the progress of the work.  All this was done within one week under time pressure before the tenants moved in and the ultimate results were fantastic.  I would highly recommend Sigma to anyone.

"Mr Lux came out and assessed the work to be done. I also needed a new roof and he recommended that I replace the roof first and then install he gutters. As soon as the roof was completed, Mr Lux scheduled a time for the gutters. The employees arrived earlier that scheduled and completed the entire job earlier than I had expected. "Roger the owner came out assessed the needs and submitted a fair bid for the project. They basically had to strip the yard completely so that all the weeds and poison ivy could be removed and replanted 9 pallets of fresh grass. They fixed the sprinkler system and created a rock walkway between the garage and fence so that they could place their trash cans in the area. All the flower beds were cleaned out and fixed so that my daughter and her husband could plant fresh shrubs. All flower beds were mulched. And all of the yard debris was hauled away. The guys were professional, curtesy, and efficient. I would highly recommend Roger and his crew for any yard project."

"Darrell was very punctual from the beginning to the end of the job.  He and his crew (Junior and Dan) showed up on time started the project. My yard is fairly large and it needed about 300 linear feet of fencing.  Darrell used # 1 rated treated cedar picket fence from the reputable lumber company and it took about 650 pickets (6'x51/2")and also used treated kick board.  Darrell himself installed all the fence and he is an expert fence installer.  I want to say the pickets and workmanship was the best in my sub-division in Houston.  Darrell and his crew was very respectable, courteous and were on time every day.  They cleaned the entire yard and picked up all the debris and even swept the driveway.  Darrell is very honest in dealings and satisfactorily completed his job.   I will strongly recommend his business (Privacy fencing) to anyone.  I had three bids and Privacy fencing was very competitive in pricing and he did all the work per the initial contract.
