"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Everything went fine. We just had to wait for the part to come in. The refrigerator needed a new compressor. We made the call for service on 10/28 around noon. The next available service appointment was the next day, which meant we had to buy a small chest freezer in order not to lose all of our food. The part was not available until the following Monday 11/02. The repair was scheduled for the next morning, which meant having gone 6 days without a working refrigerator. They were able to at least keep the freezer side at just under 40degrees, which bought us some time on some of our refrigerated items. I've used this company twice and encountered the same issue both times. Parts had to be ordered, so the repair was not completed until the following week. I would just say that in an emergency, such as a failing refrigerator or washing machine, I would have liked a faster turn around time. I have no problem with the quality or price of the repair, and the appointments are usually within 24hours of the initial call, with repair appointment s usually the day after the parts are received. I just had the misfortune of both of my issues occurring mid to late week, so the weekend extended my service time."

"Errol McNeal actually repaired our fridge and stovetop ! Very professional, very friendly and went above and beyond to help us, answered all our questions and we would differently recommend him to do a great job!"

"They didn't end up doing the work. They were really high on what they wanted to do. Other people who looked at the porch said that it was not causing an issue with any water intrusion and that there doesn't seem to be any signs on the posts that this could have been recent, it could have been long ago. So no work was done. It was a front porch that had just the level concrete on one side was dipping just a little bit. I think they were going to pump it up from underneath or something like that to level it out. I would say that their response time and their professionalism of getting the quote to us on a timely manner was good. The quote was high and yet the work was not necessary according to other quotes. They should be honest to say when repairs are necessary and when they are not. The guy who showed up was nice and professional and was on time. There was a decent response time."

"I recently had my home power washed by Bob, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! He was professional, punctual, and took the time to ensure every detail was perfect. My house, driveway, and patio look brand new again. Bob was also very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining the process and using high-quality equipment to get the job done efficiently. If you’re looking for top-notch power washing services, or any other home improvement service I highly recommend Bob! I will definitely be using his services again in the near future."

"I bought a Choice Home Warranty for my aging mother as I don't live in the same town as she does and can't help her in the way I'd like to, especially with repairs to her appliances and systems. Having a full home warranty with Choice, it has given me the peace of mind knowing that I can get someone in to help her that isn't taking advantage of her age and situation and overcharging her. We've had to have 2 repairs this first year; her gas stovetop and her washing machine. The stovetop took several visits to get the problem fixed but that was for parts, but we only had to pay the service fee and it works just fine now. We were very pleased with the repair serviceperson and how he treated my mother. The washing machine had a problem, we called, someone showed up and checked out the machine and said it was a really, really old washing machine and said it would be more expensive to repair that replace. Choice paid $350 for the washing machine replacement value and that doesn't really buy a replacement as Maytag washing machines run about $600 for the bottom model, but it still was something to help towards the cost of replacing and overall, I'm very happy with the Choice Home Warranty product."

"John & his assistant were a pleasure to deal with. They solved my problems with my oven. Explained what they did & keep a smile on there faces."

"The repairman was very business like, went straight to the problem and wasted no time repairing it. The cost was the previously quoted $55 service call with no added surprises. He could not take a credit card."
