"I had three interactions with this company. First, on Thanksgiving Day, one of the owners of the company responded to a call and helped troubleshoot a problem over the phone. Second, a service person made a repair to the well system. Third, an office manager called me for payment. In all interactions, the company representative was courteous and professional. The repair made, replacing the pressure tank, was completed well, though in my opinion, very overpriced. However, the repair technician said there was an additional problem in the well, and that if it was deep, they could not fix it. I had to call a second well company to make that repair (Claytons in Fountain Inn, who came quickly and made the repair for a very good price). I think it was reasonable for Pretty in Pink to defer this problem, though it turned out that the well pump was not deep, 80 feet. Bottom line, this company's people were good to work with. However, for well work, they are not able to complete my full service, and I think their rates are too high."

"Shawn Crisp came to assess our project and got back with us the next week when he said he would. He arrived at the appointed time with Howard ready to install a design of pipe rails that fit the need perfectly without interfering with maintenance that may need to be done. Now we can change our filters easily and is also a safety measure for anyone needing to enter or exit the attic space. They also securely rehung a 35 lb decorative mirror in our dining room without any damage to the wallpapered wall. They were professional, congenial and fair. They did a wonderful job and we would recommend SC Maintenance to anyone that needs a job well done."

"Tuck&Howell technicians responded quickly to my call about a non-working home AC. The technician diagnosed a blown compressor and since our system was 20 years old recommended AC replacement. We researched and decided to replace both the AC and gas furnace to maximize efficiency. The system was diagnosed on Monday, parts ordered by Wednesday, and new system installed Friday morning - just ahead of a heat wave. (We are priority plus plan members at Tuck&Howell and that may have given us some priority - I recommend their priority plus plan service as well, which we've had for some 15 years or so.) The installation went smoothly and the new system is working great. Be sure to ask for a new thermostat, if needed, when you get a new system installed since it may or may not be included by default. We asked and it was provided. Our unit was a Carrier 3-ton, 14-seer unit with AC and gas furnace."

"Tommy Lee was the perfect mix of professional and personable. The prices were more than fair and he went as far as to pop the water bubble that our leak caused (in 30 degree weather). We called pretty late in the day so we just assumed he wouldn't come until the morning but we were pleasantly surprised to have him call us to tell us he was on his way. The estimate was free so he checked under the house and gave us an accurate estimate within 20 minutes. "Excellent work. Replaced storm door on the same day the job was requested. Very competent and made sure everything met my satisfaction. A sl8ght problem with the lower door seal came up the next morning. Called them and Jarad said they fully guaranteed their work and they would be out on Monday (called on Saturday morning)morning to correct the problem. Had some problems with the credit care payment going through the processor, but Jarad was extremely patient and cooperative in fixing the problem. Overall, I highly recommend C&S Construction & Handyman Services for any jobs you have."
