Griffin and within an hour they were at my house. I don't even know how to thank Jeff, I was expecting the worst and got the best! The problem was more or less user error and I was a little embarrassed but Jeff never made me feel as though it was a bother or a nuisance to respond and he refused to charge me as much as I thought he was worth. "I needed 2 backflow preventers replaced , a water heater repaired and a to0ilet repaired. I had a quote from a very famous local plumbing/heating company for $4000! I called Doug for a second opinion and he came in at HALF the price!! and that was AFTER I showed him the first quote! He didn't seem surprised at all about the first quote. Not only was he half the price but he pointed out that my 6 year warranty on my water heater had 6 months left and said I could get a new one thru that warranty for $100!!! He took care of going thru the company getting me the new heater. He completed the job in a few hours. I will NEVER call another plumber again! My recommendation is to run, not walk, to get Doug for your needs. On top of that he is so very nice. I would give 10 stars if I could."

"I had an incredible experience. My water heater was leaking and ready to let go. Brian had contacted me. He set up an appointment the next morning. The two gentleman ( plumbers ) came in. Removed the old water heater. Installed the New water heater. And updated the vent piping because it was old and out of code. They did a wonderful job. And I cannot speak highly enough of them , the speedy work and their professionalism. I now have a new plumber for all my plumbing needs. Thank you."
