"The rep was very nice, knowledgeable. He found the nest, which wasn't where he or I thought it would be at first. He was very polite and pleasant."

"Service representative was very knowledgeable about lawn, shrub, and pest control."

"I would highly recommend Suburban Pest Control-they were great from the moment I called till the moment the service was completed! They were able to schedule me right away. Kevin, the technician, was very thorough, helpful, polite, and professional. He explained what he would be doing to remove the nest, how the treatment would work, and what to expect. It's only been a few days, but so far, so good-no bees! I also appreciate that there is a 30-day guarantee, so if I DO have problems over the next couple weeks, I can call and they will come back to treat the nest again."

"Within an hour of requesting a quote I was contacted and scheduled the same day to come assess our bat infestation. Everything was explained to us, we were able to walk along with them and were shown the volume of the problem we have. His number one concern was our health and getting this clean up and removal done as soon as possible. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions and concerns. He even agreed to my strange request of knowing at the end the number of bats removed at completion."

"Still in the process of getting rid of the possums and possible raccoons. However, my overall experience is GREAT! The staff is very knowledgeable and answered each of my questions without hesitation. Certainly would call them again if needed. I've already recommended them to other family members. Thank you Wildlife Management!"

"We found evidence of termite infestation. They responded quickly and inspected property the following day. Price was reasonable and employee was knowledgeable. He explained scope of work and options thoroughly. We added pest control as additional price was very reasonable. Work was performed the following day and we are satisfied with service."

"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."
