"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Mega Power Electric is an excellent company to work with. Gary and his team are knowledgeable, honest, and will go out of their way to get the job done right. We installed panels and solar battery storage unit in our home and we're reaping the benefits of being clean and green."

"Ezra and his crew from Landmark construction energy crew replaced 13 wooden slider windows with double-hung UV and sound-dampening windows. When he came over, he measure all the windows and checked them to make sure that he will provide us with the best windows. Ezra and his supervisor arrived to my house right on time, more than that, his office contacted us before the meeting and when he was on the way to give us even more accurate estimate of when he would arrive. This consideration and respect continued throughout the process of installation. In total we had 4 workers working, led by Charlie, and they finished the job as predicted in approximately the same day. They cleaned up well and Charlie took time to answer our questions before leaving. There was a manufacturing problem that was not at all related to Ezra's work or his company. He called and talked to the manufacturer, making sure that they will deliver the new windows and he did all he could to make sure that the windows worked correctly, coming out and putting in additional time himself. We absolutely recommend Ezra's and Landmark construction energy crew! We would have them return for any additional work we might need. The courtesy, knowledge and experience exhibited by Ezra and his crew is seldom encountered today, and it was a pleasure to work with a local company."

"We did a lot of research before going with Simpson. We sourced with three different companies, Simpson, a well known company out of Napa and another well known company from Vallejo. Initially all three companies responded to our first request which was a home visit to review our needs. This is where the differences occurred. Simpson was the only company that followed up immediately with a complete breakdown of what we asked for. It took the other two companies up to a week to get back to us. Even with their lack of response we decided to go with the Napa company so we proceeded to go to the next steps. This is where they fell short, we were ready to get the job done before the end of the year however they failed to get back to us. We then decided to follow up with the Vallejo company and once again even after we had a contract and we're ready to sign they failed to do some additional follow up and while even the manager promised to get back to us we didn't hear from them. This is when we called Simpson back and immediately the day of our call John had a contract to us with everything we asked for and an installation date set.

The job started on Feb 9, Jose, Michael and Robert did an outstanding job. They made sure our home was protected as the took out and installed the furnace, air conditioner and water heater. They cleanup up each of the two days there were here, the install looks great and the new equipment works perfectly. Jose did a little further follow up a couple days later and again he did a very clean and professional job. The day after the install John sent us our follow up warrenty information with all the instructions on how to register.

Overall, Simpson exceeded our expectations. My recommendation is don't mess around like we did with other companies the service you'll get from Simpson beats all of them hand down."

"All of my window screens were rescreened.  They did a good job and I would recommend them
I did not include the cost of the service because I do not remember what I paid but I remember thinking that
the price was reasonable

"Joshua knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it.  He bought the parts for me and let me watch as he fixed things so I could do it myself (or at least have a better idea of what was wrong) the next time.  I will definitely be calling him again.
On a side note, I am a single female and I really appreciated that Joshua did not take advantage of that fact by inventing problems or hiking the price.  :-)

"Perfect. Fast professional service every time."

"There were great workers! They installed a new roof, did insulation inside/ fixed patched and put a window in the garage. There were quick, clean and the finished product was amazing! Definitely recommend their service!"
