Not only were they professional and thorough in the installation, but they were impeccably clean as well. The AC they installed has kept us "cool as a cucumber" on many blisteringly hot summer days. When it came time for our old boiler to be replaced, it was a no-brainer to figure out who to call. Once again, Tony and his crew at Schutz did an amazing job of removing our antiquated system and installing a beautiful new boiler and new garage closet to enclose the unit. As before, his guys were professional, thorough, timely, courteous and CLEAN! We have been kept warm and cozy all winter long! I am happy to recommend this company."

"They've done service work for me you know come back and check the furnace they are very honest and they do good work, they are very good company I would highly recommended them, it was the top of the line furnace it's a brains and they recommended it and they told me why they recommended it the Brant over the Carrier and it made good sense to be because the put the Carrier's in they  both suppose to come down the assemble line he told the guy explained it and the Carrier's  they worked all the bolts and holes and then after they have been in service in one year when they worked out the bolts and holes then they put in the Brant so it comes like the Carrier is a guinea pig for the Brant but you pay more for the Carrier because of the name so that's why I went with the Brant and so far I am very satisfied with it it's a very good furnace. Every time I called them  for service they give me a quick appointment and they installed it they came when they said that they were gonna come they did the job, they did it well they cleaned up after them self very very polite people very very nice to deal with."

"I pulled up Angie's List and selected CSR (Complete Service Restoration). Within 30 minutes after contacting CSR, Ron Minando was at our door. Within another 45 minutes Ron's crew arrived. As Julius Caesar said upon landing in Britain, They came, They saw. They conquered. With CSR, They came. They saw. They conquered a smelly, moldy, and disgustingly wet basement. To ensure that water, dirt, and contaminants, were not tracked into our house, they put down a waterproof cloth matting on the main floor, the laundry room and the garage. Working in a quiet professional manner, the crew drained the basement, extracted water from the carpeting and padding, zipped it into watertight plastic bags and disposed of it in a dumpster. They did the same with the wet drywall and some water damaged contents. They moved so quietly and quickly that my wife and I were unaware they brought in very large air scrubbers and dehumidifiers. After removing all the contaminated debris, they sprayed the floor and walls with a plant-based (no toxic chemicals) anti-bacterial agent. By acting quickly, CSR was able to save my wife's hat room and its 300 plus hats Hooray! It took several days to remove mold and dry the basement, but when they finished we had a clean odor-free basement. The men were prompt, very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the dangers of a water/mold damaged basement. If needed, I would definitely hire CSR again."

"I placed a call into Garner Heating and Cooling about my air conditioner leaking and they came out within 5 minutes of me calling them. I was so shocked and thankful! "The inspection went well, and the inspector was very thorough and professional in both the inspection and walk through of the findings.  I was definitely impressed with the results and findings, and was looking forward to receiving the report and proposal but was informed that those needed to be provided via another appointment.  That is where things did go a little downhill as the inspector no called/no showed for the appointment they scheduled while onsite for the first appointment.  I attempted to contact both the company and inspector the day of the appointment to see what happened but no one was available or returned my call.  A few days later I followed up with the company and did receive a voicemail from the inspector with an apology for the no show; however, I had already spoke to someone at the company and explained my preferred solution (mail me the report).  I was not interested (still not) in scheduling another appointment to receive the report, and that appears to be the only way to receive it as it has not been mailed or emailed as previously requested from them.  They have attempted to remedied the situation on a few different occasions which is why I elected to not slam them in the ratings.  Also, the inspection appointment was very thorough and professional, and the missed appointment may have been on the inspector and not the company.  I just have no time or patience for missed appointments without any notification, as it is a bit unprofessional and obviously a waste of my time.
