"the technician arrived in time, professional, thorough in his trouble shooting. explained the problem and the fix. was not carrying vth part so rushed back to his office, returned promptly and fixed it. the reason for not a overall A grade is the billing. the company refuses to break it down by parts and labor. they have one line item in invoice. online cost for the part is not more than $300. so labor was $500 +? little high based on other research."

When he gave the estimate he came in and used a camera to scan the sewer line and explained everything for me and exactly what he would be doing. "They were very helpful in scheduling this repair based on my schedule. When Robert the tech came, he walked thru the job with me and was extremely curious. Once he had made his inspection he quoted me a price, have been in construction for over 50 years the number was I believe right on and within a second said fix it.. Robert finished up clearing the clog by snaking about 40' of pipe and my guess would be about 3 separate blockages. Once complete he cleaned up after himself.
