Once again, Easy Flow inspected the new unit and recommended I return it as it seemed the unit was previously installed and removed before being returned to the store. "I needed to install a water powered sump pump. Tom gave an estimate and actually charged me less because the digging didn't take him as much effort as he had estimated. He made sure I got the equipment in order and he returned an earlier delivery since he wasnt satisfied with its float assembly. The job was completed professionally and on time. On top of that he is a very nice person to deal with and fixed a couple of minor issues with my other faucets at no extra cost. Well recommended an I will call him again if I need any plumbing work done."
