I thought I had to choose between the high-cost, glossy brochure, licensed & reputable companies OR the cheap, unlicensed, pushy “if you ask for inspections the cost is double” contractors. Arafat quoted a much more reasonable price, gave excellent advice to help us build what would be most useful, never pressured us, and got all the appropriate permits & inspections. We were probably fairly high-maintenance clients, and Arafat was patient and kind, describing options as we went and modifying a ‘normal’ porch set up to reduce pollen so my highly allergic husband & daughters can enjoy the space. "I talked to many (I'm a bit embarrassed to say how many!) deck builders to get quotes on replacing my wooden deck with a composite deck from spring until early fall 2019. "Excellent from start to finish! A+++ Juan arrived on and quickly for our estimate. He was professional and easy to talk to. He gave me an estimate on the spot. When we chose to hire him to build the pantry, his secretary called to confirm the dates and times that the workers would be here. They arrived on time and worked a full day. They returned on time again the second day to finish the project. Very professional company, easy to talk to, and great finished project. I am not affiliated with them in any way but found them through reviews. It is refreshing to find an honest contractor who charges a reasonable price. I definintely would hire again!"

"The crew was prompt and meticulously clean. They worked around a severely handicapped twelve year old and a cat who sat on the sawhorses overseeing their work every day. They arranged for the school bus to pick up my grandson safely. There was no damage to windows, grandchildren, pets, or workmen. They took particular care around windows and all the nooks and crannies of an old house that grew as past owners needed it to.

"So please that I went with JW. The side entry porch had rotted wood throughout and the steps were sagging. Also, exterior house paint had been removed years ago but prior owners did not address one side of house, probably cause it was hidden behind crepe myrtles. Crepe myrtles are now gone and that wall is very visible on the street. Also there were some little jobs needed around the house such as replacing rotted boards above the garage. Got a quote from JW in late April and scheduled the work for the week of July 21 for 6-7 days of work. Two workers showed up promptly on the 21st and did a great job. Very pleased with the JW crew as they kept me posted on the progress throughout the job which was completed in six days. Wish I could post before and after pictures as it looks fantastic"

"From initial estimate to final inspection, the guys with HD are amazing!! Tim came out for the initial estimate, his "presentation" & knowledge was on point. We signed a contract before he left. Questions that came up later were answered immediately either by phone call, email, or both! They started sooner than expected, took care of everything including permits, inspectors & deliveries! The crew arrived on the start date & didn't waste anytime getting started. By the end of day 1, all was ready for the inspector. By day 3, the new screened in deck was solid, complete, & cleared from the inspector!! If I had any complaints, it would be they could have been a little more careful not damage the plants in the flower beds adjacent to the deck. I am so happy with this company, that I will be contacting them in the near future for other projects."
