"I contacted 5 other companies to replace a 27 year old wooden deck and railings. ONLY one of them showed up to provide an estimate. They were $7K MORE than FF&D for same materials. It was a replacement, not a new build. FF&D Kelsey very nicely followed up via Angies List. I ignored them for almost 3 weeks but Kelsey, kindly, without spamming me, suggested a free estimate at my convenience. I sent a terse reply thinking it would fall thru, but it didn't. Jim was beyond helpful, keeping in touch thru the HOA approval process. Within weeks they had a date for replacement and removal of old decking material. Within 2 days the work was completed without issue and we have a beautiful composite deck with vinyl railings. They did exactly what they said they would do and we're very pleased with the result."

"The team Fence & Deck sent to install a fence in my backyard—an area measuring about 1/6th of an acre—were quick, efficient, and friendly. The first team member showed up just before 7:30 to start dismantling the old fence. By 8 AM, the rest of the team was hard at work. It was a quieter process than I thought, to be honest—which was great, as my neighbors work from home. They were finished by 2 PM; had cleaned up, packed up the old fence and their equipment and were gone. There were issues with installing the new fence: trees had grown into the fence path, most of them belonging to the neighbors. When we needed to make minor tweaks or changes, Marc and the crew were always open to our ideas and continuously stressed that our satisfaction was their goal. "Abby came in at about 50% of the cost of the other two estimates. Other companies said it was a 4 or 5 day job. Abby sent four guys who completed the work in one day. Workers were professional and spritely about their work. I was really impressed by the estimator and the crew! This fence work was completed in the heart of winter with no complaints.
