James Brothers arrived on time, went about their business quietly and calmly -- I barely heard them in the house -- and they were very safe, lines tied off properly. They were done before I knew it, tested the gutters, and were on their way. Best I've ever had and I will hire them again next year. June, by the way, is the best time to clean your gutters here in Sacramento. The roof is slippery, the gutters are dry and easy to work with, and cleaners have time. One also has plenty of time to make any needed repairs that come up in the cleaning. Wait until Fall and you may spend the winter with dirty gutters and clogged downspouts."

Once we committed to Gary and ordered, the window and door were ready before time promised and the install team was efficient and professional. In retrospect, the window/door quality are good, even above average...but at one time, we were thinking of a very expensive, maybe wood frame, but those prices were triple+ the amount we paid. So in reality, what we received and price paid through this company, we got a great job done and above average quality product. Yes, we would highly recommend and use them again!"

"The installation was completed in a single day. They provided a double crew to insure the work would be completed in a single day since we were going to be out of town the following day. The 3 installers arrived at the appointed time in the morning and removed the existing windows. The next two installers arrived with the windows that had been picked up at the Milgard factory that morning. All five then proceeded to install the new windows. Each worked efficiently and effectively. When the installation was complete the windows were cleaned and refuse was taken away. We really appreciated how clean the work area was after they left. Total time onsite was about 6 hours. We are very happy with the work and the new energy efficient windows. <br />"
