"He did a lot of jobs for me. He's a really good worker and they are always on time and on schedule. I'd like to work with them again."

"They are excellent. Follow-up, communication, problem solving, kindness, and skill. So pleasant to work with and the finished project is a beautiful flagstone walkway and access to a raised bed. Highly recommend."

"NW Builders & Renovation gets my highest rating. Max M coordinated my roofing job and was very profession, personable, with great attention to detail. Max was willing to hear me, address my needs, and come up with best solutions. I also want to mention the crew. They did a wonderful job, they were respectful of my home, tidied up every day, left the job site very clean, and were also respectful of my neighbors. NW Builders is a company that stand behind their product and work. They show pride in their work from start to finish, and beyond. They offer quality products and workmanship with an exceptional outcome. My roof is beautiful. I'm confident it is installed to last. I am a very happy customer and I highly recommend NW Builders & Renovation."

"Love these guys! We own several properties and Quad Construction has been my "go to" company for all of our properties over the last 5 years. Why? They are affordable and reliable! Always on time, very honest about quotes and time spent on the job. They make every effort to do a thorough job and are great about cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommend!"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Amanda was really very good!  At first I was very skeptical, thinking why did I pay money to just speak with someone on the phone about my kitchen remodel project... but after just a few minutes of her addressing some of the issues/questions I emailed to her earlier, I knew it was worth it.  It was very clear that she knew her business and she gave me several ideas that I had not even thought about.  I told her that I would definitely recommend her to friends and I will very likely use her again myself for my next home project!

"Elias Evans and his co-worker, Alex, arrived on time and immediately got to work demolishing the downstairs bathroom floor by quickly removing the carpet and sub-floor and preparing it for the new tile surface.
Five hours after he arrived the new tile floor (48 square feet) had been installed. The following day Elias arrived on time and finished installing the baseboard, the new backsplash and completed all the grouting.

On the third day he arrived on time and finished cleaning all the new tile surfaces and applied a sealer.

Elias did an excellent job and finished the project on time and within budget -- just as he had promised.  His rates were excellent and we believe he gave us great service and value for the money we spent.

Again, we strongly recommend Elias Evans and plan to use his company's services again in the future.x,

"Replaced my roof.  I have a large roof because I have a one story home with over 2100 square feet (not including the two car garage).  I took advantage of the Big Deal and because of that I was able to get a roof with a little better quality roof with 50 year warranty for the same price as 30 year warranty roofs. I also had them replace three sky lights.   I gave them a "C" for responsiveness because I had to email a couple of times to nail down a date for them to complete.  I'm still waiting for one of my sky lights and I haven't heard from him for a couple of weeks.

|Thank you for the big deal because although I have had a little frustration it is well worth it.  They completed the roof in 2 days and that is saying something during the winter and a large roof.  They cleaned up really well and I have already given them a reference to my Mom which I wouldn't do if I didn't think they were fair and didn't do a good job."

"Reliable Home Service did a wonderful job putting our gazebo together. My husband didn’t have time to do it, we were expecting company over the weekend. Reliable Home Services juggled a few jobs around to make time for ours. Would hire them in a heartbeat!"
