"Thought all these 5 star reviews were "suspect" until I experienced them for myself. WOW. Just WOW. End to end the experience was amazing. I received a text message detailing my appt, they even sent over their contact details for me to add to my phone for future. Sent a photo and details of the service rep and follow up to make sure everything went as planned. Very through detailed walk through of the problem and my heating / air system. THIS is how all companies should run their business. Our current system was 24 years old and we wanted to replace proactively. The crew was absolutely amazing - very efficient, knowledgeable and confident. Installing a heating / air system is complicated and requires skill. Pricey and not completely upfront about fees - he charged an extra 20% for ?overhead? which he didn't tell us about initially. But electricians are hard to come by (we had two no shows prior) so I guess they can charge whatever they want."

"We hired proper power electric to update lighting and switches in our home. Forest and foster showed up on time. They were professional and in sync with each other. We added recessed lighting, fan ,and outdoor lights to our new home. Forest made suggestion to add another switch down the hallway to make it easier to turn off lights when going to the room. Both were knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. They even helped my neighbor with their solar panel system. We had a great experience and will definitely hire again. "
