"Water Heater Masters were top-notch! I called on a Saturday afternoon - they were available 9am Sunday morning to come and inspect and quote. They only had one guy working that day, but scheduled me for Monday morning between 8 and 9. At 8:15am I got a call with an ETA of 8:45, which was a really nice touch! Despite telling me it would take an entire day to install, they were done by 1pm. They also found some creative ways to do the install to avoid drilling through my stucco (for the exhaust vent and for the condensate run-off). Very professional and clean-looking install. These guys may not always be the cheapest around, and they recommended a top-of-the-line heater (which is what I really wanted anyway), but I'd much rather pay a little extra for that level of service and support. Thank you!"

"This installation of a new hot water heater was the most professional plumbing job that I have ever experienced. Each step from demo, fitting replacements, and heater installation were all completed in the best possible manner. The job was “Done Right”. Call Alberto when you need a plumber!"

"Carl was extremely professional and went above and beyond in helping me replace my old water heater. He installed a top-rated water heater at a very competitive price. Great experience all around!"

"Doniel provided me the best cost and same day service arrived on time and was very informative throughout the process. I feel good about my water heater"

"My house needed a repipe, replace the old galvanized pipe with copper pipe.. The workers showed up early and finished in two day just like Mr. Emerson and Mr. Miguel said. There price was two times cheaper. There was no problems, the city inspector of vallejo passed my house. GREAT JOB"

"Their water heaters only have a 6 year warranty. For the the same price I could have bought one through Home Depot with a 12 year warranty."

"We called due to our water heater leaking. Tech asked for pictures, after I sent pictures he knew the exact problem. Price was reasonable and fair, He even threw in a free carbon monoxide detector. Would definitely recommend."

"The cost to replace three natural gas wall heater was slightly less than Gree mini-splits heater cooler. The installers were courteous and professional. Delayed several days as the equipment haven’t arrived yet. Job cost as agreed, but took half day longer due to the complexity of installation. Results are excellent. The mini-split units works as specified. Will use Albert Nahman heating plumbing again in the future."

"Water heater went out and decided to go with tankless. Ron is great. Quick response. On site same day. Smart. Gave me proposed costs and answered any questions. Matt did the installation. Great work. I will use Beastbay again. No doubt about it."

"Jeff was prompt with the initial quote via Yelp. He asked questions to find out more about the type of water heater I had. He sent a text message about 20 minutes early to let me know he was on his way. Once here, he had his mask and gloves on. He was able to assess the situation and within 45 minutes was able to complete the job. He also made recommendations on what to expect based on the age of the water heater and did recommend looking into getting another one soon. The payment was easy and affordable."
