"I wanted a sunroom added to my house so I started getting estimates. I got a referral from a friend to use JBR custom builders. I called and met Jeff the owner and scheduled an estimate. He was on time, very knowledgeable and had great communication skills. After I got two other estimates I went with JBR because from our interactions I felt he was best suited to bring my vision to fruition. So we set a start date, I gave him a deposit and he showed up with his crew exactly when he said he was going to. Jeff helped me all the way from conception to completion on this project and I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of work that was done. I will definitely be using him for future projects."

"Excellent work on removing a large acacia tree including stump removal. They also planted two new trees and installed the water system. New trees are thriving. It’s been three years. The crew completed the jobs in a half day and were very tidy. A little high on price, but worth it. "

From our designer Brian Magrath who listened to us and helped us stay within our budget, to Myra Olson and Vina Ortega who coordinated the project and kept us informed, to Matt White who was our construction manager and would stop in multiple times to check on the progress and do quality control. Our project included the pool, turf, extending the patio to the full length of the house and granite stone. Communication is KEY for us; they always promptly returned calls/texts and answered any and all questions that we had with patience. "I was very impressed with George and the father/son team at MagCor. I asked for a quote on some exterior work and George was prompt and thorough in his response. He walked me through the sequence of the repairs and delivered on every aspect of the project. The quality of his work was outstanding. I appreciated his flexibility in scheduling, and his reliability. When the project was completed, George took the initiative to repair and touch up some other parts of the exterior of our home that needed attention. Why? Because he had extra material and paint and didn't want it to go waste. He made several trips to a local paint store to be sure the paint color matched, according to our HOA's standards.
